I am sorry you were not happy with your massage. When I booked you and your assistant I did explain that your therapist was a relaxation specialist but was the only one available at the time you wanted. You said you would take the appointment anyway. All my deeper pressure therapists were booked at that time. When a guest suggests a lower gratuity than is customary we always check to see if the reason was because you were not happy with the service. You said you were and so was referred to the counter chart that suggests customary gratuity amounts. Of course its always your prerogative on the gratuity, we are mostly concerned with the quality of your massage service I am sorry that you were not happy with the discussion in front of your assistant. It was easy to make an appointment online. The initial offer was very reasonable as were the memberships and multiple massage offer (which I bought). Valerie was fantastic! She's a true professional. In addition to helping relieve the stress in my shoulders, she also gave me some stretches to help improve. I highly recommend.

Appointments are not too hard to schedule, because you have a large number of them.

I came in complaining of lower back pain and was hoping to get some relief. After my massage I could hardly get dressed because my back was stiffer and sorer than when I arrived. I went home and took a warm bath and ibuprofen. 24 hours later I'm feeling about like I did when I arrived. I feel like I actually lost a day of my recovery.
