Jim is literally the best I've had, that's saying allot since I've had only great experiences in the past. Love love this place!!
ALL the masseuses are excellent.
My massage therapist seemed like an amateur. Lot of gentle rubbing and not an actual massage. Left feeling disappointed. Didn't feel as relaxed/healed as I expected.

Alex gave me the best massage I have ever received. She was the first to get deep enough in my muscles to actually loosen them. She needs a gold star :)
From the moment I came in the staff was professional, courteous and patient. This was the first time visiting this company. Lavette was awesome and totally took care of me. I signed up for the monthly program that same day. I am a very happy customer. I am also looking forward to my next appointment!

I appreciated your ability and willingness to get me a same day appt. I woke up Saturday morning and my back and neck were really bothering me and I was able to get on your MindBody site and request an appt. I got a call an hour later that I was in. They were also very accommodating about allowing me to come in when it was convenient for me.
Joanne is wonderful!! I always have the best experience! She is so knowledgeable and kind. My skin is in the best condition ever thanks to her!

Kevin was great- listened to me about where pain was (neck, shoulders), paid attention and focused on those areas yet I still got full bodywork. So noy only was I relaxed, I can actually turn my neck again-yay! As always, LaVida was great, from front staff to therapist. Thanks!

I have gone twice for massages at La Vida and both times I just felt like they were rubbing my back and not actually massaging. This most recent time, as a massage therapist if you feel tension and knots you should work on that area not just for 10 seconds and move on. I still left with tension in my neck and in my shoulders.
It was my first time getting a massage so I have nothing to compare it to but I really enjoyed it, although it was painful at times, it was necessary. Teresa was awesome! I am going back tomorrow and the following Tues. and hope to be able to continue going regularly. My husband also plans to go when he can as well.
