I could get right in and could pick the exact depth length of massage that is good for me. Every one is so very nice and patient.

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, Eris' forte is a very strong pressure massage, though she is very much willing and able to adjust to a more gentle pressure upon request. She's a great choice for people who enjoy a very firm massage, but she also excels in the more gentle requirements of prenatal massage, and adjusts quickly to client requests: client comfort and success is her primary goal! Your receptionist was extremely kind knowledgeable n precise and everything was perfect …Nicole was absolutely the very best masseuse I have ever experienced .. have had quite a few through my 50 years of back therapy and may I say I was very thankful you have a massage chair not too many places around still have them and I really appreciate it for somebody like me who will only do the back massage. A clean welcoming place with friendly staff
The massage was great! Dominique was very kind and skilled. I will say I did hear some loud talking and laughing outside the room. I believe one of the voices was called Zack? I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence but it definitely negatively affected my experience. I will say though that the front desk person was really welcoming I'm pretty sure she said her name was Lea? Liyah? Overall I had a good time and definitely want to return for another appointment.

However, it is important to note that you were placed in a room closest to the entrance and we were in the middle of renovating our lobby that day. Carrie does a nice job massaging my body. She listens to what is bothering my body and focuses on those areas. The massage is gentle and firm.
Carrie is also knowledgeable about the anatomy and is careful about what she does. Her experience and expertise are appreciated.

Bad massage

Massage is subjective and one person's favorite therapist could be another person's least favorite therapist - it doesn't mean that you had a bad massage; it just wasn't a good fit for you. Phylis was great as usually.
I like that the massage therapist takes notes regarding my preferences and physical problems so that we don’t have to start over every session.
The room I was in was cold, the massage therapist used cold oil with her cold hands, did not listen to me when I said I wanted the attention and focus solely on the upper body and none on lower body, and most importantly did not loosen any of my knots so I wasted $89
