The receptionist was so sweet and so was the girl that did my facial . I would have preferred for the girl doing my facial to ask me how the pressure was. I would come back but would try another girl

La Vida is such a wonderful, welcoming place. The girls at the front desk are very nice. There are plenty of services to suit your needs. The infrared sauna is one of my favorite!

It was a wonderful massage!!!
I cancelled my membership 2 days ago. I made a request for a lymphatic massage at the deck. She informed me that Shasha was the only person that is currently doing the lymphatic massage and that she had an opening. I took the opening and she nor Shasha did NOT make me aware that this type of massage was a $20 up charge. When I first met Shasha she did not know that I was there to have a lymphatic massage. I was 5 minutes late because of traffic and I understood that my time would probably be minus 5 minutes. Shasha took away almost 15 minutes. She was really slow getting into the room after I was on the table. She left the room for 5 minutes and she stopped the massage 6 minutes before the 1 hour was up.
I have had numerous lymphatic massages, and the therapist always went into my armpits because that is also a big area for lymphatic, Shasha did not try to drain the lymphatic from my armpits.
Cathy, We are very sorry that you were not happy with your massage. Sasha did do what she could to give you as much time as she could, but she had another guest that was booked after you. In addition to being late, there was bathroom time, consultation and undressing all which reduced the amount of time that she was able to give you. As to the massage, during the consultation, you mentioned that you were just getting over a major cold and that is why Sasha adjusted what she was able to do for you during your session. I truly enjoyed my 60 minute massage. Maria concentrated on the requested areas of my body yet gave a great full body massage.
The overall massage was very good. However, it is constant with issues with scheduling and using credits. Seems like front desk people are not adequately trained for various issues.
