Great teachers and it's a very specific workout that makes me feel really good about the way I look and my posture (which has always been a struggle). I love that studios are now sharing playlists with one another, it gives a little insight to the teacher personality and they're having more fun when they love their music, which makes me have fun through grueling thigh work.

The instructors are helpful and friendly and I really like how they memorize everyone's name and give people encouragement throughout class. I like the changing area. Studio is clean and organized.
