I like the instructors,the structure of the classes, the music, and the ability to sign up online. The Boulder studio needs a way to block the sun, like a shade or some sort of tint for the windows - it gets way too hot in there when the sun is shining! And it just can't be too clean for me so anything you can do to clean up the bathrooms between classes and anything to reduce the spread of germs would be great!

I really like how friendly and encouraging the staff is. I love how the classes are mixed with all different types of women. Some old, some young, some big and some small, and there is NO judgment at all on anyone. Its a great place to get motivated and work on your fitness goals with like-minded people.

I love the instructors - I love that you guys have a personal relationship with your clients. Everybody knows our names and makes you feel welcome. I enjoy the challenge of the workout.
I do wish there were a few more time slots available on some of the days - a later Friday afternoon class perhaps; and maybe consider bringing back the 6:30 a.m. option.

Your facility is beautiful, easy to navigate, and comfortable to be in. Your instructors are flawless -- knowledgeable, accurate, helpful. My instructor knew my name on the first day and offered excellent suggestions for corrections, but in a way that didn't feel embarrassing. But the most important variable of your business is the workout itself. Your workout targets the exact areas that my routine at my gym wasn't targeting, and while it was challenging, I felt so relieved to know that, finally, I'd found a workout that addressed the fitness needs that mattered most to me. Another really wonderful aspect of being at your facility was that the other classmates were so open and helpful to me on my first day. It wasn't elitist. It was a bunch of people, there for a common good, working hard, and getting positive results. I like how the workout elongates my muscles, rather than constricts them, as my weight lifting workout was doing. The people I met in class raved about the results they've felt over time, so I'm excited to be able to say the same thing in a few months.

I've been going to Bar Method for almost two years now, which is the longest I've stuck with any kind of exercise! I continue to go in part due to the instructors. I always feel like they are genuinely rooting for me. In fact, they seem to be genuinely rooting for everyone in the class, which is such a wonderful thing!
