Everyone whom I have met is so friendly. Also,the workout is tough. I have spent $65 per hour on trainers in the past and they spend 15 minutes of that hour talking. 45 minutes was spent actually working out. Bar Method does more. I really get my moneys worth here, never go back to trainers!

Everyone who works there seems really friendly. They are really great with names, too, and it's nice when an instructor knows your name even during your first class! And the classes are very challenging- I think it will take a while before I outgrow them (hopefully never!).
