Friendly staff and instructor knows how to build rapport
The personal attention from the friendly instructors. I also like the variety of class times during the week- but would appreciate more afternoon or evening classes on the weekend as well.

My instructor was very conscious of good form for the entire group and had a lovely demeanor as well. I got an amazing workout and felt emotionally level after it, which I mention because that is elusive for me to get from any indoor workout. The music was nice as well.
I'm in better shape then I've ever been in and it's done in a non-competitive, super friendly atmosphere.
Amazing body changer, hard in a great way and only gets harder the more technique you use. Girls at the front desk are perfect, teachers are super consistent and observant ( always coaching you and improving)

I am VERY pleased with the changes that have happened to my body...flatter stomach ...sculpted arms....sculpted legs...lifted and shaped seat. I have just completed 16 weeks... 3 times a week...the transformation really is phenomenal. I should have taken before and after pictures. I look forward to much more. I'm hooked and want to go much deeper into this work. I'm impressed with all the instructors... Katie, Joy, Brit.... Leslie is my favorite... I think she really ROCKS!!!!!

Everyone was SO WELCOMING! I just love going to other cities and practicing my Bar Method because it's like having sisters everywhere I go and you all were just precious!

I love the class size and the teachers. It feels very personal. The bathrooms are clean and everything is just great!
Hi very much enjoy the classes. However, once the thirty day promotion is over I am not certain I will be able to purchase as many classes. Will have to look I to packages.

Everyone that works at the bar method are so sweet and supportive. They are kind and make me feel welcome! I also love that the classes never get any easier and I feel like I'm constantly being challenged :) you guys rock!

Everyone was friendly. They were expecting me to arrive as a new client. Greeted me, gave me a tour. The teacher reviewed my file and came up to introduce herself before class. Very cool. Especially in Boulder where some people can be a little snobby.

Although it was a large group, the attention the trainers gave individual participants was 100%. All my muscles were engaged in what seemed "low intensity" but was very quite successful in targeting the areas that I hoed to work at.
I was comfortable from the first phone call I made about my Groupon. Sometimes exercise facilities can be a little intimidating, but the receptionist who I spoke to was extremely friendly. I also like that there is a common "language" that all of the instructors which helps me rely less on their modeling, and more on my form!
I like that teachers remember your name, makes not very personal. I also like that the teachers push you without intimidation. This is the first place I have been to that you feel welcome from the first day.
Great workout, convenient parking and nice facility. I wish you would offer a 4:30pm class again :)!
Bar Method has changed my life! I love the way my body looks and feels plus how energized I feel each day.
The workout is challenging and great fun. The staff is friendly and so helpful. I discovered Bar Method in Nov. 2012 and have been taking 4-5 classes each week since then. Bar Method will always be a part of my life....and I want to become a certified Bar Method instructor.
