Great, clean studio. Patient and friendly instructors. The burn!
I've lost 4 lbs and 2 inches off my waist. I like that I have access to both locations, but I wish there were more classes available. For example, on the weekends the last class is at 11am. Unless I am able to make any of the classes in the morning, I don't get to work out that day. That is really my only complaint. If I could change anything it would be the availability of more classes on the weekends.
Classes are easy to book. Classes are intense, yet the excercises are acheivable. The location is convenient and close to my home.
Classes are challenging without being intimidating. Most class times are convenient for my schedule.
I like the friendliness of the staff, and that the instructors make it a point to remember your name.

The instructors are awesome, especially those with more peppy personalities as they motivate me and others to keep going. I love that they know everyone's name, are welcoming and friendly at the door when I walk in and and when I leave.
I love how quick and focused the classes are, and I love how much stronger and toned I feel since beginning these classes in January.
Effectiveness is number one! I feel healthier and know I've had a well-rounded exercise routine packed into a short period with just enough stretching.
Convenient location and class times. The workouts are great for me to strengthen my back and pelvic muscles as I recover from a back injury.
I like that the instructors are so attentive to my form when I am learning the movements of this practice.

I live in Salt Lake City and attend Bar Method there. I like the consistency of the program. The same in Boulder as in SLC. Great instructors in Boulder, also.
I love that the instructors adjust me and make sure I'm in proper alignment. Very nice and friendly place. Oh and I got my butt kicked! I can barely move my arms or legs:)

The class had a great pace - challenging but doable for a beginner. Explanations were clear, and the instructor even remembered my name and gave me tips even though I was just a visitor. Awesome experience!
Fantastic workout, excellent teachers, music is at the right volume (unlike Pure Barre-where the music is way too loud!), good pace, and good amount of stretching in between sets. :) Love your classes!
At the moment with every muscle screaming, I'm not liking very much but that's my fault for not taking a class in 6 months. It's just a great workout!

I really enjoyed the class and the instructor. She walked around and helped position people and would call out tips. It was a really great class.

everyone was super friendly and it is a great atmosphere- clean.
The studio is clean and the staff is always very friendly! The classes are upbeat and challenging.
I would recommend adding afternoon class on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
