Daniel has been coming to treat our house for at least 6 years. I like the continuity. He knows our house and how we like it treated. I also appreciate that, should we have a problem, Bug Master is very willing to come back immediately to treat the problem.
Mike is a great technician and our bugs are under control
Quit frickin showing up at noon, your tech has done that approximately 20 times over the last 3+ years and obviously that's when most of the professional world is going to take lunch, frustrating.
Notify us when someone is coming out so we can plan to be here. We appreciate it when we have the same person each time. A familiar face is more welcome than a stranger each time. When the little boxes were put out on the floors it was full of bugs in a few days. Why aren't those used now?
I like the fact that I can call The Bugmaster out in between scheduled appointments if I am still having pest issues, and they will come out at no additional cost to me.
Timeliness and friendly technicians
The technicians become familiar with the houses they treat. The techs are very friendly and show concern that translates to effective ongoing treatment. The chemicals are obviously effective and the cost is very reasonable.
