The check-in process with my Parking Spot Membership Card is simple. The fact that the shuttle follows my vehicle to the assigned parking spot is great and the transportation service to our airline gate in such a short time is excellent as well. I would have no problem recommending the Buffalo location of The Parking Spot to any individual who is looking for a service like you offer. Also, the 2 bottles of bottled water upon departure is a nice bonus as well.

Friendly drivers and a van is always ready at the terminal for pickup. I sometimes have to wait a good bit for a van when I park but that is not always the case

Fair price. my car is always just as I left it. The shuttles are always there to pick you up in a timely manner. The free water is nice on the way out.

the service was great. the driver was very good at helping me find my car because i lost my parking ticket and wasn't sure where i parked. He drove up and down a few aisles before i found the car. Thankfully i was the only one on the shuttle.

Erica, at The Parking Spot 2 on Will Clayton, took time to look into our Spot Club points after they were not appearing on our account. We reserved in August and extended our stay two times before leaving with our vehicle in November. She was courteous and kind and I give her 5 STAR rating. I had trouble extending both times as the website/mobile app is hard to navigate and I give these sites a 2 STAR because they are hard to navigate/understand if you need to extend. Marcus R was an exceptional driver and also kept the customers organized and informed--5 STAR SERVICE!!!
