Quick and easy to use with friendly employees.
Easy check in but the checkout screen needs updating. Last 3 trips have had needed help to activate screen ‘buttons’. Too light or too heavy & u get nothing. Associate came out & lightly ‘flicked’ screen which worked. BTW it’s the same at Spot 1& 2. Frustrating when u can’t finish check out & just wanna get home.

Easy to make online reservations, check in, and check out just by scanning the QR code at the kiosks. The employees are always helpful and friendly.
It would be really cool if we could redeem points for services like car washes and detailing. The McClellan location used to have the car-care services (but you couldn't pay for them with points). Haynes doesn't appear to offer the car-care services at all. Maybe a sad consequence of Covid? Would be nice to see them return.
