I had a billing issue with my most recent stay. CS Supervisor Ms Beverley Long (?Phone number removed768 went above and beyond to correct the mistake and make it right. Prior to the telecon i had already decided to take my business elsewhere and to recommend my family and friends did the same. After discussing the issue with Ms Beverley and her taking immediate action, I changed my mind and will definitely use the PS again. Ms Beverly is truly one of a kind and deserves special recognition!!!!!!

Great and problem free service

No difficulty checking in or locating shuttle service. Driver of shuttle helpful with bags. Some confusion with billing at checkout but manager worked it through the next day and provided a credit for the error.

Pretty much everything. However, I'd like to suggest that you consider having 2 drop off points at the terminal so that those not flying Southwest don't have to traverse the entire terminal to check in. Also, is it possible to drop off on the 2nd level?
