We had an issue with the value that was charged due to an error on my part for scheduling. I worked with Tyler (manager that called me back) and he was awesome! He was very professional, listened to my concerns, and did what was needed to make things right for both parties. Hat's off to Tyler!! Awesome customer experience for something that could have been an awful customer experience!
Location and ease of access and payment
Prompt service this time. Generally I like parking spot 3. But the pick up at the main terminal is always a crapshoot. The southwest terminal in general seems much more organized. That’s not necessarily The Parking Spot’s fault, that’s more of a terminal setup.
