Easy to get to.

However, some of your prices are more then the on-site airport parking and I watched there buddies and they come more frequently. I might start looking into the on-site airport parking. We have additional paid reservations, but for a trip in April the airport parking is cheaper. Also, I drive a larger truck and used to be able to park on the side with the larger trucks. The spots behind the covered parking are ver hard to get in and out if with a larger vehicle. Next time we park, I might ask if we can park in those spaces.

Fast shuttle and friendly staff

I like everything except the lack of transparency regarding booking an EV spot (had to learn on my own and sometimes argue with front gate worker that my truck needs an EV spot and that I reserved premium self park). Additional issues around getting the charger to work, which I have only been successful 1 out of 4 attempts.

The people that work for the Parking Spot are so courteous, helpful and professional. The shuttle bus comes quickly when you arrive and park your car and come quickly to pick you up from the airport when your flight arrives. The shuttle bus drivers are very helpful with your luggage. I highly recommend the Parking Spot, they are excellent.
