Easy parking

We have used Parking Spot many times. They pick us up at our car, load our luggage, and deliver us to our departure doors. When we return, they pick us up at door #8, load and unload our luggage, and then take us to our car, which is never snow covered due to being in a covered area.
We will continue to use Parking Spot.

It's a covered lot, the shuttles are timely, the employees are friendly and it's conveniently located.

Here’s what we didn’t like. Upon our return, Friday January 12, 2024, around 7:20PM, we exited the terminal and saw the Parking Spot 2 shuttle parked on the shoulder. Great, right? Temps had dropped into the teens and windchills below zero. When we approached, the operator wouldn’t open the door. We knocked, and still, he left us and others outside for a couple minutes. There’s no excuse for this.
