Now that our airport has a single spot to pick everyone up...wait times are decreased dramatically. I like that...especially in Cold weather.
Airport people should install infrared heaters over the sidewalk where people wait for all the different vehicles to transport them whereever.
The service was prompt. It was a busy time of the year but the staff was friendly and on time.
