Everything about your services is spot on! Just recently I was headed to the airport and forgot something that I needed in my car. Your driver (and I wish I could remember her name) was so kind to take me back to the car and bring me back to the airport....even though it was time for her to clock out.
Her kindness and willingness to help was appreciated more than she knew!

Very good service and very quick

Very timely, we didn't have to wait in the cold at all. The drivers were courteous, and handled the bags in and out of the van. Inside the van there were seat belts and we all felt safe on our ride to the airport. If I was traveling solo as a woman I would feel confident this was a good airport service to use. Thank you.

The pickup area is poorly marked

The shuttle was there very quickly after we had parked our car. Just have pulled our bags out & was ready to be picked up. We were at the airport soon afterwards.

And when we came back later than expected due to having to catch a different flight. We thought that we would have to call for a pickup but others must have beat us to it as just as we were walking across the crosswalk, we seen the Spot shuttle pulling up & stopping. We were soon at our car, loaded and headed home. Really appreciate the quick & efficient service from the spot. The Parking Spot is our choice of parking at airports.
