We have been using parking spot since they took over. #1- we like the location being close to the terminal.#2- we like being able to make a reservation on our app and have the choice of covered or uncovered. #3- we do appreciate the friendliness of most of the drivers. On occasion we have experienced a driver that did not seem to be happy doing what he was doing. #4-we like the option offered for cleaning a vehicle. #5- we like the quickness of leaving the lot for the terminal.

Everything from making the reservation to the shuttle service was flawless. We did have a slight problem with the QR reader upon exiting the lot but an attendant was immediately available to offer assistance.
