ease of location to Lambert International Airport.
Suggestion: It's winter in St. Louis. Most customers will not step outside the enclosed waiting area with Elevators to wait for shuttle to drive by. Your customers inside the waiting area would not see the sign with direction to call a specific phone number for shuttle.
Your team at Parking Spot #1 needs to replace the single sided sign with a double sided sign to display phone number to everyone waiting for a shuttle.
