I did have a problem rescheduling our flight that was canceled 1/13/24 because of the Boeing Max 9 problem. Our flight left the next day 1/14/24 and arrived back on 1/21/24. I originally paid for 1/13/24 -1/20/24. I went on the Parking Spot app to change the dates. There was no number provided to call a person to explain my situation. When we came home it was then after midnight 1/22/24. So I expected to be charged for the extra day but we were charged for two days. I thought when I went online to change the dates we would be there, 1/14/24-1/21/24, because of the flight change it was recorded so we should only pay for one extra day. Please explain.

I like the easy transfers to and from the airport, convenient location, fair price. And best of all...I had a dead battery due to the extreme cold. Within 10 minutes Martin got a battery charger and gave me a jump and I was on my way! Terrific service!

Easy. App works well. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Love picking my car up in the winter - no need to clean it off, car is warmed up and windshield is defrosted. I just have to get in and drive away!

It worked both directions. Getting back from a long trip, its late, I'm tired, I get in my truck, log into the ap and up pops the QR code! Done!
I waited about 30 seconds for a van to pick me up when I first arrived, drove directly to the airport. Coming back, I got on the van, waited about 45 seconds to see if any others were coming, then got dropped off right at my truck, thanks to the first driver giving me a card with my location.
I have already talked my boss into using you guys in the future.
