Quick and convenient

It was very easy to park. Shuttle bus arrived within minutes. After flight, the pickup was simple. Just went to shuttle bus area and driver arrived. The driver even helped clean off the truck. Superb.

I am a Parking Spot West customer at the 7188 Ridge Road, Hanover Maryland 21076 location. I have been using this location for many years and have always had a good experience especially when I returned from a trip on January 21, 2024.
Unfortunately for me after returning to frigid conditions when I got to my car it would not start. As a woman traveling by herself in the dead of winter, I was beside myself. I attempted to start the car with no avail and decided to seek help. One of the bus drivers had come by and asked if I needed help. He said he would go and get a jump box and when he returned, he attempted to do so. Another driver also came by to help but she could not get the box to work either. It appeared to be a faulty box. The general manager then showed up a Mr. Alan Winkler. Mr. Winkler had a newer a box and attempted to start the car as well but did not work. This was all due to the extremely cold weather as well as a very weak battery and not their lack of trying.
Mr. Winkler suggested I call AAA and escorted me to the warm office where I started making phone calls. Mr. Winkler checked on me periodically and made me feel safe and not alone. Because of the winter conditions AAA would have been hours so I opted to get an Uber home. Every single employee I met that day went out of their way to try and help me. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional.
I was able to come back the next day with a towing company and retrieve my car. Mr. Winkler even gave me a discount for the previous day which was very generous of him. I thanked him for everything that he and his team had done for me.
I am writing this in hopes that someone at a higher-level will read and acknowledge the outstanding employees you have at this location. I wish I had written down each and everyone of their names so everyone involved in helping me could be recognized.

The whole ease of use experience from booking and accessing the gate with my phone, parking at a good rate and fast shuttle service to the airport. Coming home, The Parking Spot is right on the spot when after I collect my bags there are several shuttles that come by with frequency to take me to my car. I was especially pleased when coming home the shuttle driver helped me to clean my car of snow as I had parked in uncovered not anticipating the snow storm. All in all, I love this spot😊👍🏼
