I didn't think I would Ever be able to talk my husband into letting you drive us to the airport (which meant we had to cumbersome our way into navigating to the furthest spot in the economy parking to where we had to drag our way to a pickup point, not have the driver ask us where we needed to go so we have to loop our way around a time or two, just to still pay a fortune and have to do the same thing when we got back from our trip! I just hope the rewards are worth it. I believe you also won over our son and his growing family. ")

Reservation system was easy. App works well. Parking is covered. Shuttles were quickly on site and the drivers were pleasant. All together a great experience.

The bus picked me up at my car and provided me with the location of where I'd parked. The garage and transport bus were both very clean.

Quick easy parking. Excellent shuttle to airport and back.

The shuttle service was prompt and the drivers were very curteous.

However, there are no signs that show a designated area where the parking spot shuttle stops. Had to wait at a differ ent area around the shuttle bus stop location till an airport staff told me to walk up to the beginning of the shuttle stop area telling me that's where the parking spot shuttle stops.

A sign should be placed there to let customers know or drivers should always reminds/tell customers where the pickup spot is.

How prompt the vans were there to pick you up and drop you off with great rapport with the customers! Also, one even helped me load the suicases from my trunk when he saw how big they were. Such a gentleman (December 17th at 6 am parking spot #1 driver)! :)

We had a problem because we could not get a bus to come take us to the airport!!! We to walk to the front and flag down a bus. We like to missed our plane! They were calling our name on the speakers. We had to run to catch the plane. This was very bad!!!

Ease of use, clean lots, friendly and helpful shuttle drivers (especially Mario). Shuttle was very fast as well, came right to my car once I parked and only had to wait about 5 minutes between shuttles at the airport.

The automation is cool. I had some trouble with the scanner reading my phone screen but once I learned how to hold the phone in front of the scanner it went better.
