I am always so happy with The Parking Spot 2. I am a nervous traveler and the staff is amazing! Always friendly and helpful. The drivers pay attention when I pull in (so I have never had to wait long for a shuttle) and upon arrival they wait until I am safely in my car before driving off. I feel very safe when traveling alone.

The app is fantastic! Ease of making reservations, the pay ahead feature, and tracking of the shuttle. Very user friendly.

Parking process and staff were excellent. Suttle service was on time and helpful.Checkout was easy and the free water was great. Also you cannot miss the shuttle, they definitely stand out.

Love parking at Original Houston Parking Spot at Hobby Airport

Convenient location. Good access and lot organization. Plenty of available parking spaces. Easy exit and payment.

Fast pickups at the parking lot and at the airport and all employees have been helpful & friendly.

The wait time is very short, the time taken to park is minimal, the shuttle services are 24/7, which is so convenient, and the staff is so friendly! Overall, I am VERY pleased with The Parking Spot 2 & have no plans to switch to another parking company.

I feel safe, having someone pick me up and drop me off at my vehicle. Drivers are usually very courteous and helpful. I do need help with my bags sometimes and almost always they are proactive in assisting. I appreciate that!

You get picked up right away when you park your car. When you return from your trip and get your bags the bus is waiting for you.

The parking spot is always easy to find. They always have good prices and discounts for when I am traveling. The shuttle drivers are always pleasant and I haven’t had any issues with my car when I park with you all.

Friendly staff. They pick you and drop you off right at your car. No trying to remember exactly what station you got on and where your car is. Easy check in and check out.
