From the time you arrive and are giving instructions as to where to park, surely there after you’ll have a bus who very well may cater to you, and possibly others on the way to the airport.
Upon landing back at home, you will if not immediately, soon after find the bus you’re looking forward to take you back to your parking lot. Always excellent customer care.

That said, my last experience on 2/21 was very disappointing. At 9a, myself and several other customers waited approximately 30 min for a shuttle to the airport.
I'm still a fan of the service, but would rather not experience that again. Thanks.

One issue this trip - NO COVERED OVERSIZE slot available when I arrived, so I parked uncovered in the oversize area. I was a little disappointed by this situation. Is there an alternate rate for uncovered oversize parking? Should I expect to have an oversized parking spot but not a guarantee of parking covered?
Second topic - the Park N Fly passengers seem to be crowding the buses. Are you scheduling enough drivers to handle the extra passengers?
