there is always a shuttle within minutes when my plane arrives for spot 2, even when I have a late night flight. They are quick and easy to use. My only complaint is the shuttle busses need some shocks on them! The ride is pretty bumpy. It's ok, but sometimes if I have a headache after a long flight, the bumps get to me!

The good and the bad:
When I arrived at the Parking Spot at Love Field last Friday, March 1, it was early and it was raining. I had to wait a longer time than usual to be picked up. Fortunately, the roof over my car also offered protection for me (along with my umbrella) from the heavy rain.
I returned quite late on Sunday, March 3. When I checked out, I was offered a bottle of water, and I thought that was a nice touch.
