I like the fact that the van picks us up and drops us off right at our car. Also the van driver always helps with our luggage. Reserving a spot, paying, and check-in and check-out are very easy with the app.

Always a great experience. Most times the shuttle is at my vehicle as I am getting out of my truck, or shortly thereafter. The app for tracking shuttles is great when returning back home to see about when I should expect to be picked up. Being dropped off right at my vehicle makes my insane travel life a little bit easer - with friendly staff and a bottle of cold water for my long 2-hr drive back up to my home in the Blue Ridge Mtns.
