You are convenient and lately, I haven't had to wait long at either the Parking Spot garage or at the curb at the airport. The on-line registration system is pretty easy to use as well.

Typically, the service is quick and efficient. It was not the case on my latest trip. On the day I entered the Parking Spot there was a problem with the gate not accepting my barcode on my app. An attendant came over and had me use a different credit card then what was on my app so the gate could open. I then followed the signs to the lane it said to park in. I parked and another man parked in the same lane down a little bit away from me. We saw numerous shuttles drive by us, slowing up and looking up and down the lane, but nobody would come down the lane. I'm talking ~ 6-8 shuttles. The other man was closer to the end of the lane so he eventually walked down and flagged an empty shuttle that was about to pass by again. After he talked to the driver for a minute or two, the diver said he would drive us. We waited ~ 15- 20 minutes for this process to catch shuttle.
Being has never happened to me before, I decided to maintain the 10 rating. If this happens again I would drastically reduce the rating.

It's always been simple check in and out. This time was no exception! Everyone was pleasant to work with.

As a longtime platinum patron, I find the access and convenience of parking at The Parking Spot Sepulveda a must. I do miss the valet service and ability to get my car washed though. I park there almost every two weeks and the carwash was a bonus for me.

Quick, convenient, and reasonably priced access to STL airport. Super nice and helpful shuttle drivers and easy return points for shuttles back to my vehicle.
Also, really easy to use app and convenient tipping options via QR codes.

I like that your service of having someone at the office to help assist you with coming in and assisting with the direction of where to park. Their assistance if needed, and being personable with their Customer Service is very much appreciated.

I appreciate that I am able to ask for assistance with the Shuttle Driver, to have my luggage taken out or place luggage into my car at pick-up or return. This is extremely helpful! I have a back and mobility disability.

I really like being able to notify the Shuttle Driver, that I have a Mobility Disability, and I can request the Driver to drop me off in front of my Airline Door.

Unfortunately, I dislike the Shuttle Driver, who is not " informed" about the aforementioned request, and states to me that this cannot be done, they don't "think" that they can do this or they specifically do not do this. I would like to see that all individuals that are hired as Shuttle Drivers, to be trained about this service request being provided. My request for the luggage and being dropped off is always inclusive of a Gratuity being given.

I like that my AAA is accepted, and I receive a Discount for Parking.

I like that in all of the years that I have made Reservations with the Parking Spot, I have never been denied reserving a spot, due to unavailability.

It's convenient to the airport, with many options regarding the type of parking you may want.

Parking spots are numbered and upon entering I was directed to a specific row so the shuttle could efficiently pick up newly arriving passengers. Drivers were very helpful with luggage. Upon our return, the shuttle came very quickly. Thanks for all the improvements.
