Easy and good experience, booked ahead and shuttle is always right there to take us to the airport, also using the app it helps when you return to know where to pick up the shuttle to get back to your car. Easy, pleasant and good experience, we have doing this for quite some time and it is easy every time.

Super frequent shuttles - no waiting on either end! Warm and friendly drivers make shuttling a pleasure. Getting the card w/the spot number is a help, & I love the new scanner system for getting into & out of the lot. PLUS you sent me a heads-up for spring break so I was able to reserve my spot & pay ahead so I wasn’t worrying about availability or ending up in some crazy expensive alternative!
The staf was very courteous and helpful. The shuttles were timely in both directions even though return flight was rescheduled as well as delayed.
The Parking Spot 2 is convenient and reasonably priced. I use it whenever I fly and will be gone a week or less.

Easy to reserve space, van service to and from terminal is quick and efficient, personnel are courteous and helpful.
We use The Parking Spot every time we fly out of DIA. They are so efficient, and we get in and out quickly. The only slight draw back is we usually have to wait approx 15 minutes to get picked up once we return which isn't too bad of a wait.

Due to the storm in Colorado, my flight got moved up outside of the Parking Spot time frame to arrive early. I was easily able to check in and upon exit, the customer service adjusted my bill so that I got the original price I booked ahead of time for my weekly stay instead of the walk in price that would have been twice as much. It was easy and done with a smile.

everythi9ng i love but the app as far as finding your pick up shuttle van! VERY confusing and several of us had a hard time finding where you picked up after coming in from American Airlines.
Also the young gal behind the wondow on Tuesday night was SOOO lovely . i did not get her name.
