Extremely easy to park! Guide showed us where to find a parking space. Shuttle came immediately and driver was polite and helpful. Returning to PHL, shuttle was outside of terminal! As a former Parking Spot customer, I stopped using the company because of late pick up at airport and poor customer service. Not anymore! I will use Parking Spot in the future!!

I don't know, but you may want to keep an eye out for this. Even if my car battery had lost 10% charge per day, it would have taken 13 days to reach the 42 mile level, which is where it was when I asked for your company to charge the car.

Because of their corporate discounts, I used Valet Parking this trip. The drivers and attendants couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The real clincher came when I returned. When I got back to the garage my car was at the bus stop, running, the trunk open, with the attendant ready to put my luggage into the car. Top notch service.
