Everything about my recent Parking Spot experience was excellent. Easy access, close to LAX. I had a valet reservation on my phone app. Rolled in and it seems that my bags were unloaded before I even came to a complete stop. Easy check in and shuttle was there ready to roll. My arrival was even smoother. The shuttle literally pulled up the moment I arrived at the pick up point. My car was waiting and bags were loaded as soon as the shuttle pulled in. I'm pretty sure my total time from leaving the terminal at LAX to being on the road was less than 10 minutes. I'm a believer in The Parking Spot!

At Love Field, the walk is really hard for me on the return to get to the shuttle location, but the drop off at my car is great.

Great location to the airport. They get you quickly to the airport and on your return trip pick you up in a good amount of time. Your car is ready and waiting for you when you return.

The shuttle picks us up within a few short minutes of arriving. The driver is courteous, assists with luggage, and provides a safe ride. At the airport the apps makes it easy to track your ride. Wait time at the airport is very short.

It is convenient, and the shuttles (to and from) the terminal are most often quick and (almost) direct (depending on the customer needs). The help is pleasant, regardless of the time of day or night. And, the valet service is wonderful, especially when the weather isn't nice--to arrive to a warm (or cool) car, right at the entry/exit when you get off the shuttle is great. So nice and so convenient.
