Easy to book and there is always a parking space available.
However, your Shuttle Buses at SLC are honestly in terrible bad shape, completely beaten up, lack of suspension/shock absorbers, the drivers dont treat the shuttles in a good way, and just a few of them gladly greet you, even though they properly help with bagagge.
Aythimg that The Parking Spot can do about better Shuttle maintenance and comfort?, that's why I've just give you a 9 and not a 10....

Easy to get to when parking.

Both drivers who took me to and from the airport were courteous, friendly and helpful.

Having not used your service for quite a while I was not familiar with the two locations where I would need to be for my ride back to the #2 lot. A friend who I travelled with also parked at your #3 lot and led me to where he was going. Maybe I didn't listen to my first driver so he may have told me to go to the other pick-up spot. This caused me to be standing at the wrong place for twenty minutes before someone told me the correct spot for the #2 lot. Looking at the back of my parking ticket later, the small print told me where I should have gone. This won't happen to me again, but I did not have kind thoughts about you for a while.

The Parking Spot service that I experienced has massively improved since I was regularly using the service at in 3Q and 4Q of CY2022. The bus came by quickly and took us to the airport. The driver was friendly and courteous and quickly dropped us off at our terminal. I have had situations last year where the driver would take 10-15 mins to pick you up and then would drive around 10-15 mins picking up other patrons.

Secondly, on my pickup, the driver came fairly quickly after we contacted the Parking Spot for pickup (appx. 10 mins) and then took us back for drop off with others from the airport terminal.

I was impressed with this experience compared to previous experiences that would waste up to 45 min between the time when I would come to the parking spot and would be dropped off at my terminal. I think Parking Spot did a good job. The question for me will be if this service experience is consistent.

Efficient and people are so friendly!

Pick up at vehicle and direct drive usually. The last visit morning pick up was not a positive experience. Waited 10 mins the walked to flag down a van and the driver looped around empty rows. Total of 35 mins from when I entered the alto to the drop off. And the driver was not kind about it. The return ride was fine and that driver was well deserving of a tip I get it happens but it was quite frustrating and we risked missing a flight

Whenever I fly from AUS I always use your services. It is so smooth that I continue to be impressed.

i use you all the time and will continue to do so- however on August 30th we were at LAX area 6 and the Sepulveda bus passed us 6 times before we caught one - this was at 4 in the afternoon- i sharewith the driver who finally picked us up and she was very apologetic and i saw her go tell someone else when we returned
