I am not happy with Monday's (21 oct) cleaning. I would not have known the team had been here had the couch pillows not been rearranged. That's not a good thing. The powder room bath and the guest bath on the second floor look like they were forgotten; they were completely untouched. Mirrors and sink weren't cleaned. The guest bath tub is filthy. There's a shelf inthe tub that has weeks of grime and the outside corner has dirt build up. After the initial wonderful clean I wondering if I was wrong to think this is a great team. The last few cleans have been way under par. Nearly forgot about kitchen cabinet doors. There ate grubby hand prints there and around the front and garage door knobs. What's going on?

The fact that I always know the girls who come here. products very good. They clean things that may not be on their list, but if something doesn't look right, they fix it. they always arrive arrive at the right time

The firs time Ashely and Heather came to our home, we immediately noticed how friendly they were to not us, but our two dogs. They informed us what they were going to do and the approximate time it would take and got to work. They worked as a team, moving efficiently and quickly through the rooms and when they left, the only reason why we knew they were there was the cleanliness. While we are new to this type of service, we are very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend them and Merry Maids.

Overall the ladies do a great job. Their first visit I was delighted with the job they did from the top of the house to the bottom floor (it's a big house); their second visit, I was not around when they arrive, I was disappointed! It looked like the bathroom wasn't properly attended to and dust and papers had been swept into a pile and left there. On their last visit the two woman did a great job but they didn't arrive until about 5:00 pm. Overall I'm satisfied with the work being done.

It is always spit shined when I walk in from a long day of work. It feels so good coming home to a cleaner than clean house to kick back and relax the night away! Thanks - Jake

Terry is awesome

Presently, Terri is cleaning and I am very pleased with her work. She is completely dependable and works very hard. Terri always tries to do her best and does a great job in the bathrooms.

I have had problems with your vacuum marking my carpets. Presently, I am using my own. Your machines leave black marks on my white carpets that are very hard or impossible to remove. My opinion is that that the roller or another part needs to be cleaned.

I like to have the furniture dusted and avoid using any additional products.

It is very convenient and the cleaning is detailed.

Through some trial and error, we have finally landed with a woman who does a fabulous job of cleaning our home. She is very thorough, and really puts her all into the job. She is also very responsive to our requests, and knows how to keep us as satisfied customers of Merry Maids!

I like the fast time frame. From the time I called to request a quote to the 1st cleaning was less than 3 days.
I also like the smell of the all purpose spray - its a fresh smell that is not overwhelming.

You staff arrived on time. Immediately started on the job. Asked questions as they proceed through the house. Finished within a timely manner.

The service was purchased by me for my mother, Name removed. I was not present during the time of service, however my mother was very pleased. She stated the two women were very nice and appeared to work hard. I had an opportunity to go by my mother's home a couple days later and evaluate the service. I was pleased with the outcome, although there were a couple areas that needed improvement. I asked my mother to point them out on the next visit. I plan to continue with Merry Maids' service every two weeks.
