I like that the end result is predictable. Always looks the same. however, this there does need to be better communication between main office and the crews as they last crew came to my home on the wrong day and set off the alarm. We got it all handled, but I might be charged for a false alarm (I'm sure if that happens I will be reimbursed). Just a little something to work on.

The cleaners come on time, they have an organized plan of action , which they follow . They are always cheerful, and complete their visit by cleaning the floor as the leave.

Your sales representative, Melissa Hill was excellent! She was very professional. She brought the w-9 & insurance information to our first meeting. We needed to be listed as additionally insured so she had that insurance emailed over to us right away. There were a couple small concerns with a couple First name removed that were cleaned & she was quick to rectify the issues the same day!
