I like the young lady who consistantly comes to clean. I don't need to give directions or look over her shoulder. If something isn't to my liking, she immediately sets out to make it so.

I love coming home on cleaning day and appreciating the nice clean smell in my home! Almost every time, I have been extremely pleased with the work being done. On the rare occasion that it wasn't perfect, my concerns were considered and an extra effort was made the next time.

After the very first visit I could see an improved difference from my previous cleaning service of 9 years.
I like the way the wood floors were treated , they smell good and look good.
I like the concept of sending a team of two to get the job finished faster.
I like that they bring products and have have the correct products for each use.
So far, so good:)

I have grown very fond of Nicole Patterson and the outstanding personal service she provides for me and my family. I could not imagine having anyone else in my home. She and her assistant work quickly, competently, and always with the flexibility our crazy life demands. And I love love the cleansing products she uses and wish you made them available for sale. I cannot find any products that get my appliances and counters as clean. And we are always impressed with how our wood floors look. Wish I could have them clean every day :)

The women are responsible and work hard. They are always willing to discuss the products used and try to accommodate my requests.
