The ladies are friendly and cheery. The product smells are not overwhelming, but you can tell the house has been cleaned.

The house looks and smells wonderful after the Merry Maids team has been here. Another thing we appreciate is that we usually have the same team for each cleaning: Nicole knows our cats (which one likes the vacuum cleaner and which one will bolt when it starts up). She knows our house. We both work from home so she knows our schedules and how to make everything clean while we are on conference calls or giving presentations. She is just AWESOME!

I like the idea that you "sanitize" everything, not just clean. I like my floors done the old fashioned way, not with a dirty mop.

I like that the girls have been told about my little pet peives and they actually pay attention to them. I love my sparkling clean bathroom. Overall I am happy and my house looks very nice and clean.

By the way, get rid of the back pack vaccum cleaners they are a hazzard in close spaces. They may also lead to back problems.

It's wonderful to have the floors completely cleaned, something that I don't make time to do myself and yet it is so noticeable after Heather and Holly have been here! The bathroom floors are particularly wonderful to have so thoroughly sparkling!

Everything but the price, thought it was too high considering the girls don't get as much as they deserve. The girls I had deserve much more. They did 150% of what I expected.

We love walking into our home after Merry Maids has visited and smelling (Murphy's Oil Soap?) the fresh air! We have been so happy with the results, with very few minor exceptions, after every visit. It really takes a load off of our family to have Merry Maids visit every other week.
