Nicole does a great job on a consistent basis.
The only area that I can see improvement from an administrative perspective is return calls from the office. I will call and leave a message in voice mail and ask for a return call for verification that you have received my message and can support my request. I don't get a return call which prompts me to have to call the office again. Other than that, I am happy with the service.
I like Merry Maids because I can depend on them to be efficient and do a great cleaning job. I also like the fact that they bring their own equipment and products so I never have to worry about not being ready when they arrive.
