So we had to get our house cleaned to list for sale in a couple of days and they were able to come next day to do a deep clean. I was amazed at how they managed to get the water spots off of the shower doors as I haven’t figured it out myself! But I had to go around a clean a few windows after they left. Including our biggest front window still had very visible smudges on it from our dogs. But otherwise everything else looked great!

I recently bought a home and decided to have Marry Maids clean the entire home because the previous owners were not the cleanest people. From what I can tell they did a good job wiping down surfaces with sanitizer, but I paid to have the appliances cleaned and from what I saw they were not thoroughly cleaned. For example, there was a layer of food deposits in the washing machine. I was able to scrap it off and wipe it down in about 5 minutes, but the purpose of paying is so I don't have to do that.

The girls worked well and fast together. I did provide most of the cleaning products that were used.

Everyone tries their best to do a good job ---they are fast and efficient.

There was just one bathroom with tile that didn't get thoroughly cleaned. It was either overlooked (a film from tile installation that's only seen in a certain angle), or the cleaning solution used was not strong enough.

Merry Maids are always outstanding. We have used their services over ten years, at our home and now at our apartment. Their products are ecologically safe. I highly recommend the Merry Maids.

I have had a lot of inconsistent cleanings. From sinks not being cleaned, to tubs not being cleaned, floors not being vacuumed under area rugs and ottomans, crumbs being left in corners of the floor or even full on chunks of food, as well as floors not being mopped. My husband and I have made complaints to the team as well as the office manager. At this point if we need to continue to make complaints we are going to look for a new cleaning company.

Getting to be more satisfied. Cleaning is better, we have no negatives.

The staff is very attentive to specific areas I want cleaned.

I was charged $450 or “deep cleaning” of our very small condo. We recently moved in and had only two chairs for furniture in the living room and only a desk in one of the bedrooms. The recliner chairs were not moved for cleaning underneath or vacuumed for dog hair. Area rugs were also still covered with dog hair. The sink drain was only partially cleaned and the TV and associated technology was still dusty. I understood the $110/hr charge for a one time deep cleaning but feel I was taken advantage of as a husband eager to have a clean house for my wife to come home to after a difficult trip. I have some photos of dirt on the floor and hair/lint on the furniture and cannot imagine what took two people two hours. Also our old sick cat was closed into a bedroom overnight.
I paid too much for services received and deserve a partial refund. Nonetheless I would probably never use Merry Maids again.
