Love the trainers, and the small setting. It’s not for everyone, but it’s perfect for us right now. We enjoy the one-on-one attention and interaction, plus the tracking of each session’s progress. The coaches are wonderful. Suzanne has done a great job personalizing my workouts according to my needs and issues I may have at the time. I like the almost one on one approach. The exercises are quick and I feel that I get a good workout in a short amount of time. I love the recipes , too.

I love the size and number allowed in a group class. I love the workout it’s quick and not at all time consuming. The three coaches I worked with are all wonderful. I’ve worked mostly with Sarah and she is fantastic! Always patient and caring and genuine. Always focus on my performance.

Personal attention and recording of progress and not a lot of people working out at the same time, especially during Covid 19. Careful protocols suggested. I seem to be the only one who washes hands before and after which I wish everyone would do.

I like that it’s one on one it’s safe distancing great coaches.

I'm retired and in my late 60's. I was already getting in a lot of steps each day with my dogs taking me out for walks but I could tell that wasn't enough. When I learned about The Exercise Coach and did the two free sessions I'd found the missing piece. I get a great all around strength workout to complement my steps. It feels great to work all the muscle groups with a supervised program designed specifically for me.
