I like that I will get personal attention from a qualified trainer every time I come in to workout; that there is individualized training based on the program and taking into account my physical limitations/issues; that this is an exercise studio with the sole purpose of exercising according to the plan instead of a busy crowded place with sweaty body builders and machines that you have to wait in line to use; that you can get results in a 20-minute session in a quiet environment without loud music or people talking loudly, etc; that I will get kind & expert supervision and help from a trainer who is as interested in my success as I am; that this seems to be exactly what a person like me - someone "older" with some physical restrictions - needs and is designed for people like me.
This is so much better than hiring a coach at $50 plus dollars and hour. You get better results that you can actually measure and it much less in cost. Plus, 20 minutes is all you need.

Love all the coaches I have worked with, mostly Sara and Jake lately. Suzanne was very helpful in getting me started. Everyone is fun to work with. I like that it is not a crowded gym, but a place that is compact and accessible. I am feeling stronger all the time.
I like everything about it! The staff is great, the place is great, and the location is perfect for me, but none of my friends. I can see that I've made progress since I started 2 1/2 years ago!

First of all the staff are all welcoming, they call you by name as soon as you walk in the door, the small groups, the machines are all amazing and have different purposes. 20 minute workouts are the best, I NEVER dread going, you're never judged, and when I have completed my 20 minute workout, I walk out feeling a sense of accomplishment. I feel stronger, I have definition in my arms and legs, and feel healthier. I couldn't ask for a better workout!

Suzanne is a great coach. She is very sweet and friendly. She adjusts my workouts according to how my body is feeling that day. Very professional. I like the private setting. Always on time.
