Clean facilities, quick and effective workout
The studio is clean and orderly, and my trainer is well versed in her job, very empathetic and a good listener, so it has been a great experience so far. She always makes you feel like you are making good progress and always checks to be sure you don't have any pain from the previous workout which I really appreciate.

I like the ability to exercise semi privately without having to worry about others. I like a program planned to fit my individual needs. Staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding.

Clean studio and friendly staff.
I like the fact that the machines and coaches don't push you too hard, so you end up sore with muscle issues. The cleanliness from machines to bathrooms. The kind coaches who are always in a good mood to help you achieve your goals. I've only been doing this for one month but really like the environment.
Personal, coaches are personable and encouraging
The workout is unique with great machines that help strengthen every part of your body. I feel much stronger and better about myself since I joined the Exercise Coach in March, 2019. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions, and are always available during your workout session. They monitor their clients to make sure they're properly utilizing the machines in the most efficient way. The groups are no bigger than 4 clients at a time. This beats going to any large fitness center. I would highly, highly recommend anyone who is interested in joining the Exercise Coach! You will not regret it!
The studio is clean and streamlined, open and airy. The coaches are warm and welcoming, engaged and committed to each client. I’m always welcomed by name and with a smile when I walk through the doors, and after every visit I walk away feeling stronger, calmer, and more focused. I love what my early morning time at the Exercise Coach does for my energy and drive all day long!

Friendly and helpful staff...they listen to concerns, let you know what the exercises are focusing on as you do them...encourage you to push through to improve .... and they are very encouraging!!! It's actually 'fun' to go to see the friendly staff and know you are improving your strength and health in a positive way.
