As a first time user I didn’t know what to expect. I thought I booked inside storage, apparently I didn’t. I didn’t know what to expect at returning; just told to call this number and be where they dropped me off.
Maybe I missed something on the reservation for the inside storage but was pleasantly surprised by the texting information when I returned on the pickup procedure. ( might be worth a short tutorial for the first comers like me) definitely will recommend to anyone flying out of Miami.

Fast, easy, bus shows up as soon as I park. Love the ride to Southwest terminal. Also love the price. Better option than long term parking. I don't have to wait in the dark and cold wondering when the shuttle will show up.

When returning from a trip late at night,your lot provides security by having an attendant always on duty. Plus you are driven right to your car and the driver helps unload the luggage. Once we returned after a five day trip to learn we forget to close the drivers side window of our car and your lot attendant had covered the window with plastic to prevent rain from getting in the car! That is going over and beyond for service to your customers.

When you use the Valet service your car is safe and ready and waiting when you return from your trip .

Car is always ready upon my arrival. Some drivers are not as friendly but for the most part, they are efficient.

We arrived at the parking facility and wasdirected to a parking area. A can van picked us up within a minute. Our driver was pleasant and helpful, and our return pick up at the airport was quick with a very pleasant driver, who welcomed us back.
He made sure our car started just in case we needed a jump. Very happy with the whole service.

Fast PU & delivery, and very close to the airport. Had problems with flights cancelling, but was able to quickly get credit for prepaid reservations.

They text you and you can reply "come get me" so that a van will be summoned. The driver helps put my suitcase in my car on my return. They offer water on return.

Sandra provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My flight was overwhelming and she said all of the right things to make me smile and end my trip in a much better mood.
