Woulld be helpfup if agent would ask first, was it reserved and pre pald, then verify account status by phone # or name etc before cranking up a full bill at full cost with no regard to possible prepaid ffees for the duration of the parking. Got ithandled kindly- butthis would save the agen and the customer time and shortien the ck outline growing longer behind me..
