It was a good service, close to the Oakland airport, the price was great for rewards members and the shuttle arrived on time both for the departure and arrival. It just needs more frequent shuttles during high arrival periods.

Polite. On time. Van easy to get on. Reservation easy to do. Cost is average location good. for iah. Being handicap park n fly is very helpful with luggage a to get on a off van. I can not find that from any other service at iah. Park in fly is my preferred parking spot at iah.
