Always courteous and on time (except this past trip). Several of us had to wait a good 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. The weather was pleasant so it wasn't a problem; except when you are coming back from a trip you are ready to get home ~

Your great, and the word is out, we had to wait for the third bus to come. The first bus driver might need to tell all the busses to get there soon due to the large group of people getting in at the same time.

Our driver was Kate and she was very friendly on our return home from our vacation. My husband is a talker and Kate chatted with him as he peppered her with questions. We will certainly use PNF in the future.
