Friendly people - even in the middle of the night

Convenient location, very easy to do business with. Good communication, fast pick up and drop off. My car was ready when the shuttle returned us to the lot and we were on our way home! Fast and easy. I would definitely recommend using them if flying out of MIA.

The service is good but needs to improve on picking people up in the lot after they arrive. This is the 2nd time we walked to the front entrance to wait for the van. Also, the scanner wasn't working when I first pulled in, and the attendant told me the system was having problems. She let me through but did not give me the slip that I needed when it was time to exit.

Pickup and return were timely. Drivers helped with the luggage on and off the shuttle. Check out was seamless.

Usually quick pick up at the lot and the airport.
Usually we have drivers that actually get out of their seat and help with bags. Those are the ones we tip.

It was convenient to book online, super fast to check in. I only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to leave for the airport, and when I returned from my flight, the shuttle was there within minutes. I came in on an earlier flight than expected and my car was not out front for me when I returned but Rinh, the shuttle driver, made sure it was brought right out and handed me a cold bottle of water for my inconvenience. All in all, it was a good experience and I would use Park 'n Fly again.

We love the door-to-door service that you provide. This starts off the flying day a little easier.

Start to finish, it was quite easy. The reservation on-line, the text reminders, notifications, and mobile links are great. The shuttle service was seamless, efficient and friendly, and the attendant giving me a free bottle of water was quite nice after a long flight.

Access was easy from Camp Creek. I just wish your exit signs were a little clearer.
