What do you like about our services?

Quick pick-up and delivery. Very little waiting either direction. I did submit my AARP for a discount but received no consideration or additional discount from the normal rate. Should I have gotten something for that? Please tell me what I missed.

I had no idea that the shuttle would take me to my car in the pouring rain. The driver was awesome. The guys in the office there even helped load my trunks and luggage to the shuttle.

I always select Park N Fly because it's easy to park, easy to exit and I feel like my car is always secure no matter how long I am away.

Always friendly helpful when situations arise like ice on my windshield they will scrape it off and stay until your car starts.

The drivers are very accommodating and friendly. I have used the covered lot and know that it will be a quick turn around. Recently I had a pre-paid reservation and was about 12 hours late and there was no issues. Using the app I showed my receipt and with a small difference paid I was on my way. The cashier was also friendly and quick about getting us on our way.

Ease of parking and frequent shuttles. I rarely wait for a shuttle in the parking lot or the airport curb. Shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful with my luggage.

The staff was very helpful. The bus was there when I arrived and took me to the airport promptly. Upon my arrival back to Oakland, the driver was waiting for me at the curb and dropped me off right at my car. Upon leaving, they offered me a water for the road. I would use them in the future.
