Very professional. We used the valet parking. The shuttle was on time and they picked us up at the airport, within minutes. I purchased a 7 day parking pass from AAA for $40.

Everything went really well, from the reservation, check in and out and shuttle to and from airport. The only issue was that I could not add the reservation to my iPhone wallet. I think this is a problem with the app.
