We love this parking option. I will say we have had great experiences historically. This last time we were arriving back from a trip. The man that picked us up was extremely disgruntled, we were two women traveling with two large suitcases and two carryons and he didn’t offer any help getting on the bus. We then had to also take them off the rack and haul them off the bus ourselves as well.

This was the first time we have never been offered a helping hand and it was honestly shocking and a rude way to end our vacation.

I like how fast the shuttle came to pick you up from your car. The drivers were very nice and I did not have to wait long for the shuttle to bring me back to my car. I love how organized it seemed to be and really liked the pick up and drop off right to your car

The location was very easy to get to. The process was very easy - the shuttle was waiting for my family to take us to the airport. When we arrived back, used the app to request the shuttle and it was there within 7-10 minutes.

Getting pick-up from parking spot and TYPICALLY getting asked if I need assistance loading my luggage. Friendliness of the employees. The useful directions to/from airport security/etc and what to do when returning from the trip. Being dropped off at parking spot after returning from trip. Reasonable pricing.

Pick up at your car, courteous drivers, help with luggage. Recently the pick up point in ATL was changed again, and the driver shared that information during the ride from my car to the airport. Your check out staff is very friendly. And I like that you offer a free car wash! That’s a great perk.

People were courteous. It was in and out easily and pick up was prompt. I had to double park (it was Spring Break) despite having a reservation, which was a little scarey leaving my keys in my car, but it worked out OK.

Easy to reserve, close proximity to MSP, friendliness of drivers, clean shuttles, on time pick up and drop off, good frequency of runs.

They picked us up right away and took us straight to our car. The driver handles all the baggage which is very convenient. I will continue to use this service because its very convenient and I didn't have to wait at all. And its more affordable than parking at the airport.

Easy drop off and pick up

Didn't have to wait either going and coming back and both drivers were very friendly. The driver when we were leaving was very helpful making sure we knew how to get to security and that we had to use the new underground tram....very helpful!
