What could we do to improve?

Be sure customers get food prepared as requested.
Ex: Mayo added to a sandwich, etc.
Be sure customers get the food, as well as sides, a little hotter. We may get our sandwich warm but our fries or tots are not warm. This happens more often than not.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The restaurant forgot the dipping sauces we ordered. I tend to have this problem consistently when ordering to go from this location. In the future, I would recommend whoever is packing to go order to double check all listed sauces that come with the meals.

Veteran friendly, staff is pretty decent, boneless wings on Monday are a good deal, Burger is pretty good as well for the price point it is competitive with fast food chains but the quality is better.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I ordered 10 bacon ranch boneless wings and received a mass of chicken sitting in grease with two small wings. My food was not edible and was a waste of my money. This was by far my worst food experience from east coast wings.
